• How are the rates calculated? Our minimum rate is AED 120/-. Quotes are provided at the time of booking depending on the trip. You may contact us (24/7) at our call centre +971 4 2688797 to book for our services in advance.   • Are there any additional charges? There is a charge of AED30 for each additional drop-off. Moreover, waiting charges are AED100 per hour.   • What are the modes of payment available? We only accept cash at the moment, however, credit card payments will also be accepted shortly.   • How do I make a reservation? By calling our call centre on +971 4 2688797 (24 hours a day) or submitting a request. Please note that the booking is subject to availability.   • How do I make changes to the booking (e.g. the time and/or location) Please call our 24/7 call centre before 1 hour and a half to make any amendments in the booking. Please note that amendments are subject to availability.   • What if I need to cancel the booking? Cancellations need to be communicated to the call center at least 1 hour and half before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid any charges.   • Can I hire a driver/chauffeur for longer periods of time (i.e. hourly, daily or monthly)? Yes, you can hire a chauffeur for any periods of time subject to availability. Please call our call centre for more information and a quotation.   • What if I do not have a car? In that case, we can arrange a car with a chauffeur. Call our call centre to check the availability and pricing.   • Do you have female drivers? Yes, we have female drivers dedicated for female customers.   • Do I need to sign the receipt given to me by the driver? Yes, you need to sign the invoice before the start of the journey. Otherwise, the driver could refuse to drive.   • Why should I choose your chauffeurs? Our chauffeur recruitment process was developed keeping in mind the security of our customers. We only hire verifiable, professional and trained chauffeurs with more than 3 years driving experience. Our goal is to provide security and comfort to our customers.
